Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), in the Department of Public Safety, is responsible for coordinating environmental health and safety on campus and implementing mandated environmental and occupational health and safety programs for the College. The EHS staff also provides technical and administrative support to the campus community in the areas of chemical safety, hazardous materials management, occupational health & safety, etc.
In addition to program management, the office maintains service contracts for chemical waste and biomedical waste removal, chemical air sampling and analysis and safety-related issues during renovation and construction projects on campus. EHS welcomes the opportunity to serve you.
