Each week, an agency will provide a 30-45 minute virtual at-home workout designed to prepare you for physical agility tests required for law enforcement jobs. The last 15 minutes of each session will be dedicated to Q & A.

This is open to all students and alumni. You do not need to be interested in law enforcement to participate. All sessions will be recorded and sent to participants so they can repeat the workouts independently.
