Yes, appointments are required to pickup your card. After purchasing your card and receiving your email receipt, email the Office of Public Safety to schedule an appointment.

Cards can be picked up at the Office of Public Safety located in the New Building. You will be required to show your state ID and a copy of the email receipt received after purchasing your card.
