The Department of Facilities Management supports John Jay faculty, staff and students by providing a healthy, safe and comfortable environment.
Managing one of the college’s largest administrative departments, we support the college mission by continuously improving the physical plant and utility systems through planning, design, construction, maintenance, sustainability and energy management. Our goal is to respond to facility and environmental needs of John Jay with quality work and service that conforms to the College and CUNY polices, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and other New York City and New York State agencies.
